getting ready

The bride got ready in a bright room with a clawfoot bathtub. Her dress hung on a screen nearby, and her long veil spread across the floor. A makeup artist worked by the window.

the first look

The groom waited in a brick courtyard, next to a stone lion. The bride walked toward him with her bouquet. Later they came back to the orange wall for portraits in the evening sun.

the dinner

Long tables and round tables stood outside under tall cedar trees, with lamps, flowers and string lights. The couple came in to dance, hands raised, while a saxophonist played.
