Their inspiration was espresso brown. The day began in the frescoed rooms of the villa, with the bridesmaids in brown dresses. Then the couple said their vows on the lawn, at the end of a long alley of cypress trees, with brown drapes on the chairs.

Dinner was one long table in the garden, facing the villa, with dark flowers and candles.
