Solid, and it does not shrink the day. The Salon Ferrat seats 100 and the Rotonde another 100, so a rained-out dinner moves indoors without dropping guests. Only the ceremony and cocktails are truly exposed, and the covered salons sit steps from the gardens. The cape is settled for much of the season, but a spring or late-autumn date is worth planning the cover for early.
